These Terms of Service govern your engagement with SABBi. By accessing our website, placing an order, or commissioning custom work, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Our Practice
SABBi is a material-led design studio specialising in handcrafted furniture, surfaces, and bespoke design solutions. Each piece is created through artisanal processes that celebrate material integrity, form, and finish.

2. Use of Website & Content
All content on the SABBi website is intended for informational and reference purposes only.
 You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or commercially use any content without prior written permission.

3. Intellectual Property
All designs, drawings, images, concepts, prototypes, and finished products are the intellectual property of SABBi, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Custom designs remain the property of SABBi even after project completion, unless explicitly transferred through a separate agreement.

4. Custom Furniture & Surface Commissions
All SABBi commissions are custom-made.
You acknowledge that:

  • Natural variations in colour, texture, pattern, and finish are inherent to materials such as micro-concrete, lime-based surfaces, and handcrafted elements
  • Minor variations do not constitute defects
  • Samples, mock-ups, and visual references are indicative only

Once a design, finish, or specification is approved, it is considered final.

5. Quotations & Approvals

  • All quotations are valid for a limited period unless stated otherwise
  • Production begins only after written approval and advance payment (as applicable)
  • Any changes requested after approval may affect pricing and timelines

6. Production Timelines
Production timelines are estimated and may vary due to:

  • Material curing and finishing processes
  • Craft techniques
  • Environmental or logistical conditions

SABBi prioritises quality and material performance over speed.

7. Pricing & Payments

  • Prices are exclusive of taxes, transportation, and installation unless stated
  • Payment schedules will be outlined at the time of order confirmation
  • Delays in payment may result in delays to production or delivery

8. Delivery & Installation
Delivery and installation timelines are indicative.
 SABBi is not responsible for delays caused by third-party logistics, site readiness issues, or force majeure events.
Risk transfers to the client upon delivery unless otherwise agreed.

9. Returns, Cancellations & Refunds
Due to the bespoke nature of our work:

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once production has commenced
  • Returns and refunds are not applicable for custom pieces
  • Any concerns must be reported within 3 days of delivery

Each case will be reviewed fairly and individually.

10. Care & Maintenance
Clients are responsible for following the care and maintenance guidelines provided by SABBi.
 Improper use, exposure, or maintenance may affect longevity and is not covered under any warranty.

11. Limitation of Liability
SABBi shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses.
 Our maximum liability shall not exceed the value of the commissioned product or service.

12. Privacy
Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

13. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India.

14. Amendments
SABBi reserves the right to update these Terms of Service. The most current version will always apply.
